Egg Wraps


An easy 5 minute snack.

This recipe is the perfect snack, breakfast, dinner or lunch that is great for adults and kids alike.


Super easy to make, and easy to customise to your preferences, egg wraps are low-carb, high-protein so don't miss out!


A few reasons why egg wraps are so great:

- Can be eaten hot or cold

- Can be made ahead of time

- Can be filled with anything


So get creating, we've given you an excellent sausage filling here, but get creative.


Preparation time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 4 minutes - Serves 4

You will need:

- 4 sausages of your choice (no refined sugar, no additives) - 8 large eggs

- 2 medium avocados - 4 tbsp Violife cream cheese

- 2 tsp avocado oil - Seasonings to taste


Method:

Measure and prepare ingredients, beginning with the sausages. Fry until cooked through before covering with foil to keep warm.


In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste. Beat until fully mixed.


Oil a non-stick pan over a medium heat before adding the whisked eggs (1/4 of the mixture per wrap). Allow to cook for around 3 minutes.


Carefully flip and allow the other side to cook for around 1 minute. When the eggs resemble a wrap, remove from the pan and place aside.


Once the wraps are ready to assemble, mash the avocados in a bowl. Spread a quarter of the mixture onto each of the wraps alongside the Violife cream cheese.


Half the sausages and add into the wraps.


Fold the wraps and enjoy!
